
| Plan B J321 (Ages 13 and Older as of 12/31/09) All of the following fees (except FIS) are required to fully participate in J321 Plan B Program STEP 1: Afton Alps Ski Area USSA Program: This program tuition includes dryland training, up to four nights of in-season ski training every week, some Saturday training, coaching at Region One and Central USSA races, Afton Alps season ski pass, and a ski corral pass. It also includes the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday camps held at Afton Alps. Requires Afton Alps USSA Registration form. As part of Team Afton every member must be enrolled in our club. Team Afton is a non-profit organization. Funds generated by this club are used to cover coaching travel expenses for central region races, Team House expenses, radios, batteries, gates, video equipment and various training exercise aids. Fees are supplemented by fund raising efforts throughout the year (Golf Outing, Raffles, and J456 Championship race.) Requires Team Afton Club Registration form (found online at club registration) For the 2009-2010 season, all Team Afton USSA Program dues are combined into one fee. The J321 Fee is: $1925. A $100 discount is available if paid in full by 10/31/09. Please complete the season pass agreement form and fax or mail with registration. STEP 2: USSA National Fees: This is the national USSA license required to compete in any USSA race. This is the national governing body of skiing. USSA keeps records on all racers which can be found on their website www.ussa.org. They inform racers when they qualify for special teams and races both nationally and internationally. Fee includes USSA license and a year subscription to Ski Racing Magazine as well as secondary health insurance. Requires USSA Alpine Skiing License (look for Membership Tools under Members) Fees for Competitors License (J321) $140. Due 10/15/09 for renewing competitors. SPECIAL FIS LICENSE NOTES: For racers born in 1994 or earlier. This license is required to race in any FIS event. Racers must qualify to race at this level. This is the international governing body of skiing and administrator of races such as World Cup, Europe Cup, NorAm, and at the local level, the Mid America Series. If you plan on attending or qualifying for any FIS events, you must have this license. Please talk to Tony Olin if you have any questions regarding this. FIS Registration and fee of $80 if received by 08/15/09. Late fee is an additional $70. STEP 3: USSA Central Region One Fee: Pays in advance for all region one race entries for the season and includes Central Division dues. Requires USSA Alpine Skiing License before you can register online at: Region One USSA Registration Fees: J321 (age 13 & older) $235 due 10/31/09 - Late fees after that date for returning racers $275.
