Parent Fundraising and Volunteering Commitment:
Fundraising is an important contribution to our program. The efforts of fundraising control the Club Expense Fee
listed above. The club needs to raise money annually to pay for Team Afton equipment (gates, radios, drills,
etc.), maintain the Team Afton clubhouse (repair, utilities, etc.), and reimburse coaches expenses (hotels, meals,
mileage). It is a requirement that all families contribute, at a minimum, 10 volunteer hours per athlete per year
towards club fundraising. Team Afton has 3 fundraisers each year Fall Golf Tournament, October Fall Fair booth,
and February J456 Championship Race. This commitment does not include volunteering at regular USSA races.
All USSA races in the Central Division are run by parent volunteers. We encourage every parent to volunteer at
races and help put on a quality event for their children.
We are asking each family to make a personal commitment to the club by signing this form. Help the club
become the best it can be.

PLANS C, D or E, (Associate): you do not need to pay the $300 fee, but we still need this form
filled out in order for you to participate.   

PLAN A or B: Club expense fees ($300) are used to reimburse coaches expenses (hotels, meals,
mileage), to purchase Team Afton equipment (gates, radios, drills, etc.), and maintain the Team
Afton clubhouse (repair, utilities, etc.). With out this fee, volunteer efforts and fundraising
events would have to increase dramatically. All skiers participating in plans A and B are
required to pay this fee. Payment button is located below registration form.  Fee is due October
31, 2008.
