PLANS C, D or E, (Associate): you do not need to pay the $300 fee, but we still need this form filled out in order for you to participate.
PLAN A or B: Club expense fees ($300) are used to reimburse coaches expenses (hotels, meals, mileage), to purchase Team Afton equipment (gates, radios, drills, etc.), and maintain the Team Afton clubhouse (repair, utilities, etc.). With out this fee, volunteer efforts and fundraising events would have to increase dramatically. All skiers participating in plans A and B are required to pay this fee. Payment button is located below registration form. Fee is due October 31, 2008.

If you choose to register for the club and pay the club expense fee in paper form, please download registration form and send a $300 check for club expense fees payable to: Team Afton Alpine Club along with the above information to: Team Afton, Treasurer, PO BOX 309, Afton, MN 55001 (Returning member fees due by 10/31/08)
